As already stated the little silver balls come out and are re-inserted from the inside. So the silver balls come loose when putting it on and taking it off.
Careful of the beads - they fall out when taking it off.
I never meet a beaded cock sleeve I didn't love..

OK, so I've never found one that actually fits me, but come on folks, surely you can see how much fun it will add to all the other toys in your toy box.
