This plug's uniform bead size is good for training up from smaller plugs. Plug has a great depth-width ratio for beginners looking for more depth. Glass material has a cooling sensation initially that warms up the longer it's inside. My only concern with this product is the base is quite narrow compared to other plugs, so might not be appropriate for intermediate/ advanced users that are a bit looser down there or for extended wear where you can't easily push it out if it does get stuck
