Doesn't do much about gag reflex but does have the numbing effect described.
Great taste and numbing action makes bj's so much more fun for both giver and receiver

This product tasted awful, but I stomached it and went on my way. It didn't so much numb any aspect of my throat or mouth but it did make it feel weird

It provides a mild numbing. Doesn't completely numb the gag reflex, but definitely helps. Tastes pretty good too
so happy with these,numbed me right away so i could last longer

Fairly impressed. Numbed mouth for sure, didn't find it helped to suppress gag reflex. Helpful nonetheless.
ANd lasts approx 2mins per time
