God, I have no idea how this can be so inexpensive yet so good. I bought this with my partner and I absolutely adore it on him. The straps are adjustable (the shoulder straps as well as chest band straps) which means he can wear it looser under his clothing during the day, or it can be tight and restricting at night during play. The ring at the front is a nice touch and is great to clip a leash onto. There is an O-ring at the back which is removable and can be incorporated into bondage/rigging and switched out for a smaller ring (or removed entirely if you so wish). Sexy and would be a great value item to wear to a BDSM meetup or a kinky night out.
