The benefits of this product are that this ring is built for the bigger man. It is perfect, especially with the lady on top. It gives that little bit if assistance. The material and packaging of this product are very good. Easy to clean.I would recommend this product to others because it requires no batteries. Just good old pelvic thrusts.
