I needed something to work with the inserpent penis plug with hose that I also purchased, as I wanted to insert the hose into my anus while I cum. This device fitted well into the hose, making insertion into my anus easy. Thanks to advise from Alice, I shortened the hose, which allowed the sperm to flow easily.
