Actually got this one for the kids doctor set as they are usually really costly and not nearly as good, but they love it and you can hear really well!
I havent used them for sex but it's pretty cool listening to your cats heart beat.
Worth the $4 it cost me on special.
It works! Once we found our heart beats, it was really neat to hear them. Awesome fun accessory for Doctors Nurses Patients games

I actually grabbed this as a toy for our daughter, thinking a real stethoscope would be more fun than a toy one. The materials are hard and durable, only complaint is that the ear pieces are a bit painful even for us adults.
Awesome product and fantastic value.
Great fun for some kinky role play, and great quality given the low price
