I found most penis pumps are too small a diameter to use comfortably & have a tendancy to suck a ball in as well whic can be quite painful but this pump is big enough to get your cock & balls in at he same time & facilitates easy mounting of cock rings..i replaced the squeeze bulb with a handle pump which made it perfect
