My fav way to use this vibe is set it to random, turn on the heat and just let it tease me. It's super good quality and the strength is ideal for me from a very quiet rumble to very intense vibration. It's pretty quiet and easy to use. I generally find vibrators too intense but the pattern cycling is so great for me!
