I didn't know what to expect as I was a first-time user. Initially, they didn't seem to be doing anything, but after a couple of times, I found the sweet spot and could feel the muscles used after the balls had been removed. Now I use them every day, especially when doing housework or food shopping for that extra thrill π as they are so discreet no one will know. Plus, it will have your partner wondering what is going on with all extra hip movements. Hopefully, I will feel the benefits in the bedroom with my partner soon enough π
I like that there are 2 sets of weighted balls so you can build up your strength. Haven't tried the 2nd set of balls yet.
The material is smooth, with a bit of lub easy to insert tip thought, not too much lub, or they will fall out right away, they easy to clean with toy cleaner, and the packaging was nice.
Great quality product and easy to use and clean
My first set of kegel balls and I must say I am very impressed with them! I can feel my PC muscles clench around them instantly and when I take them out I can tell muscles have been working. The added benefit of the smaller ball inside moving makes chores and walks a lot more fun and is something new to me and was pleasantly surprised the first few times I used them! Would recommend!
Nice and simple . Good for beginners
These are super easy to use, and I could feel them working but it was far from uncomfortable. The different weights are fantastic, and the easy to grip stem makes removal super easy as well.
The balls themselves jiggle as you move, and you can feel yourself tighten to hold them in. Lube them up for easy insertion and leave them in as long as you feel comfortable. I highly recommend share satisfaction water based lubricant.
These are also super cute and the purple on white is a stunning colour combo. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to up their pelvic floor game. I noticed a difference in bladder control after having kids and im sure my partner notices it too.
