These were in my cart at half price before midnight but became full price when I placed the order after 12. They aren't worth $20 at half price and very dissatisfying at $40. The shaft thing is tiny (more suitable to a pinky finger than a cock) and broke easily, the vibrating ring has vibrations too weak to do anything and its button quickly broke off.
The only thing any good in this is the Dr Hon's erection ring. I recommend buying one of these separately and save your money
