This thing was amazing for her, I myself (a guy) didn't really feel a difference but she loved it, although we had to use a different bullet vibe as the one it came with was broken or the batteries were flat we are unsure.
My partner (man) didn't think much of it but it was absolutely amazing for me (woman) ! The different feels of the cage and the vibrations from the bullet was definitely new but I would so recommend!
