This sheath comes in three sizes and the size is intended for the wearer and not the receiver (that part is not mentioned in the description). It can be a bit fiddly to squeeze the air out but once you get going it's quite pleasurable for both parties. I would recommend but just make sure you have a measure up first and buy the right size...
