This was our first time purchasing a strap on and we were pretty let down by it. It’s made out of something a kin to a cheap plastic toy. It’s not comfortable to use (for the lady) and it made an awful farting noise while my hubby tried to put it on 😅 way to break the mood. Wasted $$$

Customer service has been excellent. Sometimes you can get a bargain. I like rewards points but sometimes they expire way too soon; we don't all buy adult products every week. Delivery is typically prompt. When product has been faulty it is relatively easy to resolve with ATMS.
