A kiss is definitely all it does and not very well. Does not attach to the nipples as the suction cup is too shallow and doesn’t suck hard enough.

Absolutely love this plug! The full feeling it gives is amazing, detach the hose and go for a walk the weight inside just adds to the pleasure. Only issue is the hose pops out if you get lube on it. Great plug, im hooked on inflatables now.
