2 little problems: I they are not connected so they can fall out more easely and 2 they are quite small so quite not very hard to old them. They are beautiful and very sexy to insert

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
