I've never tried one of these, but it wasn't worth it. Doesn't really do much, didn't feel better, didn't work at all basically. Poor amount of it for what you pay and the quality you get. You'd be better buying a good lube instead of using this. I wouldn't recommend buying it, didn't even try it after two uses since it didn't change anything.
