For the first week or so I had a frustrating time with this toy, and if anything was left sore after using it and I was not able to reach orgasm. However, with a little perseverance and adjustment (placed the vibrating bullets a bit lower on the shaft) all of a sudden BOOM! Now I love it! It still takes a while for me to cum but the whole experience is like a prolonged orgasm, and you ejaculate at the end. I would describe it as excruciating sexual pleasure. It eats batteries like its starving though so high output rechargeables are recommended or Energizer Max Plus to really crank it up to mind melting levels. Overall, very happy with the Jett, once I got it figured out position wise it's a really great toy! Just make sure the batteries are fresh enough to go the distance.

Is very tight fitting and almost feels like its cutting skin would not recommend. also way over priced
