Fits a fleshlight sleeve to use with the kiiroo keon, and comes with a protective ring to stop the tpe getting rubbed and damaged by machine when in use, as fleshlight sleeves are a bit rounder at the top and can get scraped and damaged.
Which is worth the cost to save damaging the sleeves
