This rope is great feels good against skin and looks great knots can tighten up but if you use correct knots and have a chopstick with a sharpened but not to sharp end is easy to poke through and undo hard ones

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
