As other reviews have stated the 40mm has a base ring way too small so unfortunately the cage is now unusable. Would be great if it come with multiple sized rings. Other than that the value and quality of the cage is great just a shame my girlfriend and I knew can’t use it.
The cage itself is uncomfortable enough to be pleasurable although the ring around the base is far too tight around the balls
sturdy and comfortable but difficult to size right.
Only comes with one ring. I thought the 40mm diameter in the description would be enough, but it turns out the device wouldn't fit because the base ring was too small! I don't know what the measurement on the base ring is but you have to be sure you get that right in order to wear the device. the width of the base ring isn't given, so you don't know.
