They feel great when you can get them on but they are smaller than I anticipated and it is very hard to screw the crosshairs in (my nipples do not protrude very much however, so they could work fine for someone with larger nipples).
There was nothing notable about the packaging. I bought this on sale so am not disappointed but would recommend waiting for a sale if you want to try them. Personally I wouldn’t recommend them, other more traditional clamps are better.
