The size of the cage itself is great for beginners because it has enough length that your dick isn’t too squished. The spaces between the rings are good if you need to adjust your foreskin with cotton tips. But the ball ring is so large (and I have big balls) that it keeps sliding down, causing some pinching and making it hard to move around freely. Forget going to the gym.
