This is higher quality than i expected. the main advantage is that for those with a decent amount of girth, it is no problem at all to fit ones member through it. however, for those with a small mouth, this will be a difficult product to get into place in the first place. An angle is often required to get it in without overstretching ones mouth. However apart from that the belt fits well around the neck/head, and it a decent product if you are worried about member fit.
