Good quality, lots of settings, the remote can vibrate along with the toy or you can turn it off, the toy is quiet but the remote is loud. On the whole I would recommend this product.

Customer service has been excellent. Sometimes you can get a bargain. I like rewards points but sometimes they expire way too soon; we don't all buy adult products every week. Delivery is typically prompt. When product has been faulty it is relatively easy to resolve with ATMS.
