This is not for beginners (unless you are particularly gifted)! The head and first 2 inches or so of the shaft are larger than the remainder. The balls are very large and hefty. The suction cup held up through all activities. This is something I would want to keep on my desk just to admire (too bad that's entirely inappropriate). Very satisfied, can't wait to reintroduce it to my orifice.
