Could not wear this in public. VERY noisy. Unless you're wearing skimpy underwear it won't be able to hold on properly either. But does do the job.

Absolutely love this plug! The full feeling it gives is amazing, detach the hose and go for a walk the weight inside just adds to the pleasure. Only issue is the hose pops out if you get lube on it. Great plug, im hooked on inflatables now.
