This toy is amazing. IT looks small but has one hell of a motor. First time I used it I made such a mess of my sheets. The sucking part is my favourite although you can tease yourself with the tongue part 😋 a great purchase! The only drawback is it doesn't have much battery life but you can always charge it again.

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
