Found out don't drink alcohol in these when I got them the 1st time when my partner took them.
But worked a treat on the 2nd time
These things made me feel crook, and didn't do my head any good either, it took 24 hours to get over it. Don't go there .

These worked total oposite to what they were suppose to do with the understanding that they will probably have a diffent effect on everyone. I wouldnt recommend buying. Sorry
