His man bits are part of his inflatable body so no solid ding-dong. He has a hidden entry hole that has a breakable seal that you need to gently tear away to reveal. Some people have wrongly reviewed doll on other sites thinking there's no love hole. Great for bachalorette parties, pool parties as a dress up prop for movie making. If you use him for other uses, cough, cough, then I will say he feels softer skinned more like a real man, even has a butt shape and muscle tone. Definitely one of the better looking male dolls.
