Not best for those lady's with flat nipples
These are disappointing not what I thought they would be and minimal pleasure.
Even bigger sucker was too small for my nipples. Kept slipping off

Takes a few goes to get the timing right between puffing up your nipples and slipping the ring on. Can be a struggle to keep on if your nipples go flat again.
They suck up nipple well, but rubber slips off nipple way to easily. Over all still not to bad
