I tend not to use them because they fall off alot. Probably good if you're sitting still.

Bit disappointed to find these were already broken on arrival with one of the rubbers split, didnt really effect the use but not very good quality. They are pretty good for first timers. Ready to move up to something a bit stronger.

Found that the black pieces fall off very easy so make sure you check they are there before you put them on if you dont like too much pain
