I've only had this for less than a year, and the pivot point that attaches the ring to the sleeve broke. It's now completely useless.
Even when it was working, this was not at all secure. The sleeve lifted up, so I was able to slip right out of it with ease. Also, the method of attaching is by a screw rather than a lock, making it awkward to get on, and, again, not very secure.

Customer service has been excellent. Sometimes you can get a bargain. I like rewards points but sometimes they expire way too soon; we don't all buy adult products every week. Delivery is typically prompt. When product has been faulty it is relatively easy to resolve with ATMS.
