Nice and smooth. Good quality. Feels good and the vibration is nice, although not very strong. The little bit that's meant to massage your perineum isn't in quite the right spot but might just be me.

Absolutely love this plug! The full feeling it gives is amazing, detach the hose and go for a walk the weight inside just adds to the pleasure. Only issue is the hose pops out if you get lube on it. Great plug, im hooked on inflatables now.
