As advertised, it does feel like you are having anal when using this device. The problem we had was that holes appeared in the soft rubbery material after the first wear due to vigorous use. Also, it does come off of the user and slips out of the recipient quite easily which can be a mood killer. In saying that, it does feel good for both parties involved- especially if it's warmed up first.
