Didn't exactly expect that this would make my size skyrocket or anything. But rather than 'plumping' me, I felt that it made my erection harder, which is good in it's own right. Additionally, the first time I used it, I was ready for round 2 in about 15 minutes, which might have been to do with the cream, might not have.
