Decent quality for the price.
It does work, the silicon sleeve is good for providing comfort that some of the other basic models don't have.
Only issue I had with it is with the sleeve being the whole length and not just around the base, it wasn't the best experience cleaning around that.
The design could be tweaked a bit, if you don’t have a penis the size of the inner tube the product is sucking on skin around the penis at the same time. A rubber or silicone flange around the base of the product, to push the penis through, would fix this
