Great muzzle. Needs a little time to regain its shape but not to hard and comfortable to wear. And so hot! Red is cool wish there was a black or white option. Smelt a bit like plastic but not a shock, and still room to poke… things food

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
