I tried using the remote but it doesn’t work. The whole point of buying it was to have hands free play. The tongue works well but I won’t use it anymore if the remote doesn’t work

Customer service has been excellent. Sometimes you can get a bargain. I like rewards points but sometimes they expire way too soon; we don't all buy adult products every week. Delivery is typically prompt. When product has been faulty it is relatively easy to resolve with ATMS.
