I purchased this product for my partner and he loves it. It must be one of his most used toys. The only complaint is the remote is a bit cheaply made and weak.

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
