This toy is pretty great but its not perfect. The material is great and the air pulse function is pretty great too but I find the vibration functions pretty lacking as even on the highest setting the vibration disperses through out the toy and loses its efficacy. There other issue I've been having with this toy is that while it is obviously water proof when it get wet it can be quite hard to keep a grip on the toy due its shape. The battery life also isn't quite up to standard in my opinion.

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
