Previously struggled getting menstrual cups out (at least I got a fun A&E story out of it). This one is GREAT with the extra long cord - such easy removal. I find when I put it in, it stays folded (very soft material). I leave it in and it unfolds by itself, so don't worry about it not automatically unfolding properly when you put it in! Great getting two sizes at once, excellent quality, menstrual cups are life changing only having to change them twice a day.
very soft silicone, almost a little flimsy but was a great beginner cup at a really good price (and you get two so you can try out different sizes).
this shape is a little more suited to people with lower cervixes and a lighter flow. works best with a punchdown fold or even an "E" fold if you can manage.
