The vibrations are weak and in the wrong places and it goes way above my clit and nowhere near my gspot. The silicone is also too soft so it doesn't apply any pressure. Really gutted and disappointed

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
