Over all great quality, the buckle was a bit fiddly at first and hard to get a tight fit unlike the valcro collar. But great fun
The collar in this that I previously purchased with the full scandal set was more comfortable, but was not as sturdy as this one. Much better quality and nice thick sexy black chain
