For me this prostate thruster has turned out to be in a class completely of its own. I am a hetero male wanting to experience prostate stimulation. I bought a We-Vibe Vector about 1 year ago and it did give me some wonderful sensations and orgasms but there still felt to be something missing. What was missing was this. It is quite a bit larger than the We-Vibe and I did wonder how I would cope however despite being relatively new to putting things in my anus, with plenty of lubricant it went in fine. It has two effects - the thruster and the vibrator. It is the thrust that really drives me wild. While the distance of movement is small (1/2" max) the feeling it generates via the prostate is HUGE and drives me absolutely mad with desire in seconds. Interestingly it is not immediately orgasmic, it almost takes more time and stimulation to reach orgasm but the hunger and desire is so great that this is only a plus and the final intensity of orgasm is beyond anything I have previously experienced. Having raved about the thrusting action (which has a variety of pulse patterns), the vibrator is great too as is the way the bit that curls around the perineum transmits vibration there. It is very easy to use, the remote is invaluable and cleaning is extremely straightforward. Highly recommended.
