Not as interesting as it looks.

This is a pretty piece, but not all that functional past being a prop. The handle is plastic, doesn't feel particularly great for gripping but it works. The body of the whip is extremely flimsy, so on first impressions, control is a bit of an issue. If you want to look really powerful in a picture, this is a great accessory, otherwise, only recommended for really light impact.
This whip was something that stood out to me as a unique way to get those specific tassles across one's body in a particular way, and it serves that purpose well. Use your imagination, and it will provide you a reality.
