At first this product seemed weak because if you press it to close to where you want it it slows down or stops due to the pressure. However if you pull it back a little bit and let it sit on top of the place, it is absolutely amazing. 10000% recommend. The different settings are great to try out too

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
