Great quality product made from really reliable materials. The gag inflates quite large giving a very strong mouth-filling gag effect, however does not irritate the throat or gag reflex at all. The release valve also works in less than a second so it feels safe and trustworthy. Picked up on sale however still found this to be quite expensive. The quality is there and works exactly as intended so a good long-term investment.
