I have ED and I use this with a pump and it is tight enough to keep things hard for a long time and my lady happy.
a bit tight to put on but baby powder seems to help things get sorted and snug.

I had trouble getting this on my finger, let alone any other member....tough and well designed otherwise, but not very stretchy and way too small in girth...disappointing...
