Benefits include a less messy experience when you have your monthly cycle!!! Pretty easy to insert, just need to really relax when removing or be prepared to fish them out but usually not too bad 😂. Great for the tail end of your cycle not so much if you’re prone to being super heavy though. Discrete and Small enough to keep singles in your purse or hangbag pockets. Recommend buying the big packs for savings especially when discounted. Would definitely recommend to have.
